Context: The purpose of the meeting was to explore the concept of a G20 at the Leaders' level. Participants from the US, UK, China, India, Mexico, Germany, Egypt and Canada gathered to discuss Paul Martin?s proposal that a G 20 at the Leaders level may be a positive and constructive force in shaping globalization and meeting specific global challenges.
